These terms apply to all purchases made on RIGHTONE (rightonehub.com). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Orders: All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We may contact you by phone to confirm your order. We may cancel any order that cannot be confirmed or fulfilled, in which case any payment made will be refunded in full.

Prices and payment: All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED). We accept Cash on Delivery and card payments. Delivery charges are shown at checkout.

Product information: We try to show products as accurately as possible. Colours may vary slightly from the pictures, and some products are supplied in random colours based on availability, as stated on the product page.

Delivery, returns and refunds: Please see our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

Use of products: Please read and follow the instructions supplied with each product. RIGHTONE is not responsible for damage caused by misuse.

Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
