Shipping policy

Where we deliver: We currently deliver to all 7 Emirates of the UAE.

Delivery time: Orders ship from our UAE warehouse and usually arrive within 1-2 working days. Remote areas may take a little longer.

Delivery cost: Standard delivery is AED 25 per order. Delivery is free on orders of AED 200 or more.

Order confirmation: Our team will call to confirm your order before it is dispatched. Please make sure your phone number and address are correct so your order reaches you quickly.

Cash on Delivery: If you choose Cash on Delivery, please keep the exact amount ready for the courier.

Failed delivery: If the courier cannot reach you, they will try to contact you again. Orders that cannot be delivered after repeated attempts will be returned to our warehouse and cancelled.
