How long does delivery take?
Orders are shipped from our UAE warehouse and usually arrive within 1–2 working days across all 7 Emirates. Some remote areas may take a little longer.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is AED 25 per order, and free on orders over AED 200.
Can I pay Cash on Delivery?
Yes. Choose Cash on Delivery at checkout and pay when your order arrives. You can also pay securely by Visa or Mastercard.
Will someone contact me about my order?
Yes. Our team calls to confirm your order before it is dispatched, so please make sure your phone number is correct.
What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will arrange a replacement or refund. See our Refund Policy for details.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel any time before the order is dispatched. Just contact us or let our team know during the confirmation call.

At the moment we deliver within the UAE only.
